JANE EVANS AND PAT NOVACEK, BOTH RUNNING UNOPPOSED, WERE RE-ELECTED TO FOUR TERMS ON THE ROSEAU CITY COUNCIL.
THREE INCUMBENTS (THOR DIDRIKSON, MICKY HULST AND VONDA DANIELSON) WERE RE-ELECTED TO THE ROSEAU SCHOOL BOARD; JOHN STARWAY WAS THE OTHER CANDIDATE ON THE BALLOT.

MICHELE VANDAL AND TONY THORTSEN WERE ELECTED TO THE WARROAD CITY COUNCIL, WHERE FORMER ROSEAU COUNTY COMMISSIONER GLENDA PHILLIPE FINISHED THIRD IN THE VOTING.
Badger
THERE WERE SIX CANDIDATES FOR THE BADGER SCHOOL BOARD, WITH CARI DOSTAL, JODIE DAVY AND BRENT OLSON TAKING THE THREE SEATS;
AND TWO REFERENDUMS ON THE BADGER SCHOOL DISTRICT BALLOT PASSED OVERWHELMINGLY.
Greenbush
BRANDON IGNASZEWSKI, BRANDON KUZNIA AND JOSEPH MELBY WERE ELECTED TO THE GREENBUSH-MIDDLE RIVER SCHOOL BOARD; BUT A BALLOT QUESTION TO REVOKE AN EXISTING REFERENDUM AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW AUTHORIZATION FAILED 864-688.

RUSSELL WALKER WON ANOTHER TERM ON THE ROSEAU COUNTY BOARD, BEATING CHALLENGER BRETT CREGER 1003-487.
RUNNING UNOPPOSED, JACK SWANSON ALSO EARNED ANOTHER TERM AS ROSEAU COUNTY COMMISSIONER.

DEVIN RUUD AND KARLA BYKLUM WON SEATS ON THE GRYGLA CITY COUNCIL, WHERE RICHARD MOSHER WON THE MAYOR’S RACE WITH KELLY KLEIN 56-45.
IN A CLOSE RACE, DAN CARPENTER AND DAEGAN BERGER WON TWO SEATS ON THE BADGER CITY COUNCIL.

BADGER’S JOHN BURKEL WILL REPRESENT DISTRICT 1A IN THE STATE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. THE REPUBLICAN WILL SUCCEED DAN FABIAN IN THAT ROLE.
REPUBLICAN MARK JOHNSON EARNED A SECOND TERM IN THE STATE SENATE.
