A celebration of life service for Karl “Skip” Holter of Roseau will be held 2 PM Sunday, August 29th at Bethel-Stafford Lutheran Church in Roseau. A visitation will be Saturday evening from 5-7 PM with a 7:00 prayer service at Helgeson Funeral Home in Roseau. Flowers orders can be directed to Holter Floral, 218-463-2855.
