THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY SAYS THAT DRIVER TESTING STATIONS IN ROSEAU, HALLOCK, AND BAUDETTE ARE SCHEDULED TO BE RE-OPENED BY THE END OF JANUARY, WITH ONE IN THIEF RIVER FALLS TO RE-OPEN BY THE END OF DECEMBER.
