MINNESOTA STATE TROOPERS REPORTS CONCLUDED THAT THERE NO ROAD CONDITIONS THAT COULD HAVE CONTRIBUTED THE CRASH AND THERE NO TIRE OR BRAKE MARKS NEAR THE POINT OF IMPACT.
