ERIC REINBOLD, THE OKLEE MAN CONVICTED OF MURDERING IS HIS WIFE, HAS FIRED HIS ATTORNEY AND HIS SENTENCING HAS BEEN MOVED TO FEBRUARY. HE WAS FOUND GUILTY OF SECOND DEGREE MURDER, ALONG WITH OTHER CHARGES. HE HAD AGREED TO APPEAR REMOTELY FOR SENTENCING, BUT JUDGE YON WAS INFORMED SHORTLY BEFORE HAND THAT HE HAD NOW REQUESTED AN IN-PERSON HEARING WHICH SHE AGREED WITH. SHE POSTPONED THE SENTENCING FOR NO MORE THAN THREE WEEKS WHILE REINBOLD FINDS A NEW ATTORNEY.
A STUDENT WAS ARRESTED AFTER A REPORTED THREAT OF VIOLENCE AT THE FERTILE-BELTRAMI SCHOOL ON TUESDAY. THE THREAT WAS MADE VIA SOCIAL MEDIA. THEY DO NOT BELIEVE THERE IS AN LEGITIMATE ONGOING THREAT AND AN INVESTIGATION CONTINUES.
