22-YEAR OLD PAUL DONOVAN JENKINS III HAS BEEN SENTENCED IN A CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT CASE. THE CHARGES STEM FROM ACCUSATIONS THAT IN 0221 HE REPEATEDLY TOUCHED A CHILD INAPPROPRIATELY.
