ONE IS A UTILITIES UPGRADE FOR CARE AND SHARE SHELTER IN CROOKSTON, A LOW INCOME SENIOR HOUSING UNIT IN HALSTAD WILL GET AN HVAC UPGRADE, AND THE THIEF RIVER FALLS FOOD SHELF WILL RECEIVE UPGRADES.
