Arthur Terrance Erickson (Terry) passed away on May 30, 2023, one day short of his 75th birthday.
He was born on May 31, 1948 in Roseau to Arthur B. Erickson and Norma S. Folling. Terry grew up in rural Roseau and graduated from Northwest School of Agriculture in Crookston, MN. He worked the Laverne and Marilyn Bakken’s Family Farm during this time and they were like family to him.

After being discharged from the Army Terry worked at Polaris as a welder. When he wasn’t working at Polaris he worked in the woods with his father and uncle.
In 1978, Terry decided to work at Marvin and worked there until he retired in 2012. He learned many skills during his career at Marvin’s, but the friendships he made there made it all worthwhile.
Terry married Gloria Barber and they had one daughter, Darcy. He later married Lynn Zupetz in 1981 and they had two children, Benjamin and Hannah.
Terry is remembered by his friends and family for his kindness and unfiltered sense of humor. He treasured his children Benjamin, Hannah; Ben’s wife, Brenda; and his 3 grandchildren, Michael, Tristan, and Isaac.
Terry is survived by his son Benjamin (Brenda); daughter, Hannah; 3 grandchildren, Michael, Tristan, and Isaac; sister, Judy; brother-in-law, Walter Story; sister-in-law, Becky; sister, Mary (Kip); brother Jeff (Penny); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
