NELSON APPARENTLY BROADSIDED A VEHICLE DRIVEN BY 80 YEAR OLD ROBERT KVIEN OF ROSEAU THAT PULLED OUT FROM THE 3RD STREET STOP SIGN. KVIEN AND HIS PASSENGER, 81 YEAR OLD LORRAINE KVIEN, WERE NOT HURT.
