AND DEPUTY RICHARD MAGNUSSON, WHO WAS KILLED IN AUGUST 1978 AFTER STOPPING A CAR THAT HAD GONE THROUGH THE CLOSED PORT OF ENTRY NORTH OF ROSEAU.
