AS MANY AS EIGHT GRASS FIRES BURNED YESTERDAY NEAR MAHNOMEN. THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THOSE FIRES AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THEY WERE ALL OF NATURAL CAUSES. ONE HOME SUFFERED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.

PART OF THE ONE MINNESOTA BUDGET HAS A PROPOSAL THAT WOULD MAKE A $118 MILLION GENERAL FUND INVESTMENT TO ENSURE MINNESOTANS ARE ABLE TO TAKE PART IN MINNESOTA OUTDOOR TRADITIONS.
