THE GRAND FORKS HERALD HAD A WRITE UP ON SCHOOL CELL PHONE POLICIES, WHICH HAVE TO BE ADOPTED BY MARCH OF 2025, BUT MANY SCHOOLS HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THAT BEFORE THIS SCHOOL YEAR BEGAN.
