NORTHLAND COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE, WITH CAMPUSES IN THIEF RIVER FALLS AND EAST GRAND FORKS, IS EXPECTED TO NAME AN INTERIM PRESIDENT TOMORROW. ANTHONY KINKEL AND SHARI OLSON ARE THE TWO UP FOR TEH POSITION. BOTH HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS COLLEGE PRESIDENTS.
