A THIEF RIVER FALLS MAN ACCUSED OF SECOND-DEGREE MURDER HAS ENTERED A GUILTY PLEA TO A LESSER CHARGE. IF THAT IS ACCEPTED BY THE COURT, THE MURDER CHARGE WOULD BE DISMISSED. 37-YEAR OLD PAUL GREGORY PICHE OFFERED A NORGAARD PLEA, WHICH ADMITS THE EVIDENCE IS THERE TO CONVICT HIM, BUT HE CANNOT RECALL THE EVENTS DUE TO INEBRIATION. IT DATES BACK TO MAY OF 2022, WHEN A WOMAN SAYS PICHE FOLLOWED HER AFTER LEAVING SEVEN CLANS CASINO, EVENTUALLY HER HUSBAND ARRIVED TO CONFRONT HIM, AND PICHE HIT THE MAN WITH HIS PICKUP AFTER THAT CONFRONTATION.
