YESTERDAY, GOVERNOR WALZ WAS AT A TWIN CITIES CHILD CARE CENTER, DISCUSSING DETAILS OF HIS PLAN TO MAKE CHILD CARE MORE AFFORDABLE FOR MINNESOTANS. HE HAS A PROPOSAL THAT WOULD ALLOW FAMILIES TO RECEIVE AS MUCH AS $10,500, DEPENDING ON FAMILY SIZE, TO PUT TOWARDS CHILD CARE COSTS.
