DULUTH POLICE HAVE ISSUED WARRANTS FOR TWO ADDITIONAL MALES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY’S FIRST HOMICIDE. PATRICK BATTEES JR IS IN CUSTODY FOR THE MURDER, THE OTHER TWO MEN ARE BEING SOUGHT AS IT’S BELIEVED THEY PERSUED BATTEES ON FOOT AND HAD FIRED SHOTS IN HIS DIRECTION.
