THE CITY IS ALSO BUYING LAND FROM RICHARD LARSON AT THE NORTH END OF TOWN. ABOUT THIRTY-FIVE LOTS ARE PLANNED ON THE TWO PARCELS, WITH THE INFRASTRUCTURE COST ESTIMATED AT ONE-POINT-SIX MILLION DOLLARS. PER CURRENT POLICY, THE CITY WOULD PAY THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND OF THAT.
