CROOKSTON, Minn. – Celebrate hats, horses, and prizes, on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the University of Minnesota’s first Paddock Party Minntucky Social from 4 – 6 p.m. The event will take place at the University Teaching and Outreach Center (UTOC). Tickets are $25 for adults, which includes games, a hat contest, a signature beverage, and light hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are $10 for students and children.
