360 PEOPLE HAD TO BE TURNED AWAY FROM A COVID 19 VACCINATION CLINIC IN GRAND FORKS AFTER IT WAS DETERMINED THEY DIDN’T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. THEY BELIEVE THOSE WHO WERE QUALIFIED SHARED A LINK THAT WAS MEANT TO BE PRIVATE, AND PEOPLE WERE LED TO BELIEVE THEY WERE ELIGIBLE.
