THE MINNESOTA LEGISLATURE MEETS IN SPECIAL SESSION TODAY TO WRAP UP THE 2019 SESSION; AFTER AGREEMENT WAS REACHED YESTERDAY ON A HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES BUDGET BILL. THAT 48 BILLION DOLLAR SPENDING PACKAGE USES A HALF-BILLION DOLLARS OF THE STATE’S RESERVE FUNDS.
