THE OCCUPANTS WERE 60 YEAR OLD BRYAN HANDYSIDE AND 64 YEAR OLD MATTHEW JOSEPH, BOTH OF THE DULUTH AREA. BOTH WORKED FOR CIRRUS AIRCRAFT, AND HANDYSIDE HAD OVER 30 YEARS OF AVIATION EXPERIENCE.
