24-YEAR OLD NOAH DYBEDAHL OF THIEF RIVER FALLS HAS CHANGED HIS PLEA GO GUILTY, ON A THIRD-DEGREE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE SALES. HE HAD SOLD $100 WORTH OF METHAMPHETAMINE TO A CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANT AT ARBY’S IN THIEF RIVER FALLS.
HE HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN PLEADING NOT GUILTY. THERE COULD BE PROPOSED SENTENCING WITH A PLEA AGREEMENT BUT THAT WAS NOT ANNOUNCED. BY THE BOOKS, HE’S FACING UP TO 20 YEARS IN PRISON.
THE RED LAKE WOMAN AT THE CENTER OF A MARCH AMBER ALERT HAS NOW BEEN CHARGED WITH MURDER, ARSON, AND CHILD NEGLECT FOLLOWING THE DEATH OF TWO CHILDREN ON THE RED LAKE NATION. 35-YEAR OLD JENNIFER MARIE STATELY IS ACCUSED OF STABBING TWO CHILDREN, ONE FATALLY, THEN SETTING FIRE TO THE HOME. THE OTHER CHILD WOULD DIE FROM SMOKE INHALATION. SHE THEN FLED THE AREA WITH A THIRD CHILD. THE AMBER ALERT WAS ISSUED AND HER VEHICLE WAS REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT SOON AFTERWARDS.

A Funeral Service for Ann M. Butler of Roseau, MN will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 2:00PM at Helgeson Funeral Home in Roseau, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral. Interment will take place at Hope Cemetery following the service.
