THE ROSEAU CITY COUNCIL, LAST WEEK, TALKED ABOUT IT’S EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN. THE CITY WILL HIRE GEORGE GMACH TO LOOK AT THE CURRENT PLAN, AS THE PERCEPTION IS THAT THE CITY OF ROSEAU IS FALLING BEHIND ROSEAU COUNTY AND OTHER SIMILAR PUBLIC ENTITIES.
MAYOR JEFF PELOWSKI SAYS THE CITY IS FREQUENTLY LOSING IT’S PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES, AFTER SPENDING TIME AND MONEY TRAINING THEM.
