WHICH SHOWS THAT ROSEAU COUNTY’S POPULATION HAS GONE UP AND DOWN OVER THE YEAR.
THERE WERE 14,505 PEOPLE IN THE COUNTY IN 1950; BY 1970, THAT NUMBER HAD FALLEN TO 11,569.
IN THE YEAR 2000, ROSEAU COUNTY’S POPULATION JUMPED TO MORE THAN SIXTEEN THOUSAND (16,338); AND TWENTY YEARS LATER, THE COUNTY IS DOWN TO JUST OVER FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,165 IN 2019).
PROJECTIONS HAVE ROSEAU COUNTY’S POPULATION BACK OVER SIXTEEN THOUSAND PEOPLE BY THE YEAR 2030.
THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES IS TRANSITIONING FROM BUSY FALL HUNTING SEASONS TO HARD WATER;

THE COUNTY BOARD SUPPORTED THE CLUB’S 124 THOUSAND DOLLAR STATE GRANT REQUEST.

THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SAYS ROSEAU COUNTY ADDED FOUR NEW CONFIRMED COVID CASES YESTERDAY, FOR A TOTAL OF 1527 SINCE THE PANDEMIC BEGAN.
THE CASE COUNT IN ROSEAU COUNTY HAS DROPPED DRAMATICALLY IN RECENT DAYS.
