A NEW REPORT SUGGESTS THAT MINNESOTA HAS MADE SMALL STRIDES IN SLOWING THE LOSS CRITICAL WETLANDS. THE REPORT COVERS A PERIOD UP TO 2020, THAT SHOWS A NET GAIN OF 43,000 ACRES OF WETLANDS.

THE PERSON WAS NO LONGER ON SCENE WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED AND AS OF THE LAST UPDATE, THE MAN HAD NOT BEEN LOCATED.
A MAN WAS ARRESTED SATURDAY AFTER AN ALTERCATION IN MCINTOSH THAT LEFT MULTIPLE PEOPLE INJURED, INCLUDING ONE WITH STAB WOUNDS. THE EVENTS OCCURRED A LITTLE AFTER MIDNIGHT AT LITTLE BOBBY’S BAR & GRILL. 19 YEAR OLD JAYDEN RAY OF WINGER WAS THE MAN ARRESTED.
THE UNIVERSAL FREE SCHOOL MEALS PLAN IS BEING WELL RECEIVED BY FAMILIES WITH SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN. LAST WEEK IT WAS ANNOUNCED THAT 16 MILLION TOTAL MEAL ARE SERVED MONTHLY TO STUDENTS, THAT AN INCREASE OF OVER 1 MILLION MONTHLY COMPARED TO PREVIOUS YEARS. THE PLAN DID COME UNDER SOME SCRUTINY RECENTLY AS IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT AT THIS PACE, THE PREVIOUSLY EXPECTED BUDGET NUMBERS WOULDN’T BE ENOUGH TO COVER THE PROGRAM.
