Mercedes Diana Swart passed away on February 20, 2025 peacefully at her home in Warroad, MN at the age of 81. Mercedes was born on March 22, 1943 her parents Paulina (Fischer) and Harold Wentz in Streeter, ND. She went to school in Streeter, ND. She was one of 8 children.
Mercedes worked as a waitress and cook until she met the love of life Royal Swart. They were married on August 7, 1966 in Heaton, ND, when she then became a housewife.
Mercedes loved snuggling with her grand puppies, coloring, playing casino games on her tablet and going to casino. She loved spending time with her loving family that really loved her and when the neighbors that stop by to visit. For the last 17 years she lived with her daughter Tammy and son-in-law Wesley.

Daughter Tammy (Wesley) Anderson of Warroad, MN. Grandchildren Scott Swart and Trisha Swart both of Fargo, ND. Great grandchildren Kyler, Blayne, Isabella. Extended family Eric, Suzi Shaugabay and kids of Warroad MN. Troy Dahl and girls of Warroad, MN.

Her Husband Royal Swart, grandson Hunter Anderson (Tammy and Wesleys) baby and her parents Harold and Paulina and siblings.
